Welcome to Lawn Services Inc.! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (lawnservicesinc.com) and the services we provide. By requesting a quote or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms. 

 1. Services Provided 

Lawn Services Inc. provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, fertilization, and seasonal cleanup. Specific services will be outlined in your individual quote or service agreement. 

2. Property Access & Safety 

• Access: You agree to provide our crews with unobstructed access to the service areas on the scheduled day. This includes unlocking gates and ensuring entry points are clear. 
• Pets & Debris: For the safety of our team and your property, please ensure all pets are kept indoors and the lawn is cleared of toys, tools, and pet waste prior to our arrival. 
• Hidden Hazards: Please notify us of any hidden hazards, such as shallow cables, irrigation heads, or stumps. We are not responsible for damage to items not clearly marked or disclosed. 

3. Scheduling & Weather 

Lawn care is weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain, extreme heat, or other inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to the next available business day. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays. 

4. Payments & Billing 

• Invoicing: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 
• Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee for payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date. 
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24–48 hours' notice if you need to skip or cancel a scheduled service to avoid a potential trip fee. 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include a return visit to address specific concerns. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Lawn Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 

7. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
